Committee Guidelines
(Reduced Fee Racing)
Any member not performing their job as deemed by the lead member or by the Board,
may be warned once or immediately removed from their committee position, results
in lost reduced fees.
Committee members have first right of refusal to keep their position for the
following year IF the board deems the prior years service satisfactory, membership
dues are paid and committee status is confirmed on or before the regular February
club meeting.
Committee members must be able to arrive early and/or stay later on race days
to accomplish their assigned task.
If a committee member is unable to perform their job at a scheduled event they
must communicate this to their responsible Steward two weeks in advance. If
the two week notice is not fulfilled it will then be that individual members
responsibility to find coverage for his/her function. * Note- continued missed
committee work will revert back to the first above written guideline.
